Our Story

We’re an Armenian family who immigrated to the United States in 2005 from the Republic of Georgia. Moving to the United States was nothing short of a miracle and a privilege. One our greatest blessings was moving to Canton, Ohio. For the past 15 years the people of Canton have been more than welcoming to our family. We feel lucky to have been able to raise our children and now very soon grandchildren, in this wonderful town. This is why we wanted to give back to this amazing community. Although we have always felt lucky to be here, we never wanted to forget our heritage. The only thing that has kept us close to our roots is our authentic cuisine. Our dream for the past 15 years, has been to open a restaurant where we can share our culture and love for food with as many people as we possibly can. With years of hard work, we are so lucky to finally have Wild Thyme, a place that will help us to continue to grow our Armenian and Georgian roots and a place where others are able to taste the flavors of the country that we left behind.
